- Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (within Netherlands
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary by country)
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping is offered on orders over €100 (domestic only).
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- For damaged shipments, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
5. Tracking
- All shipments include a tracking number where available.
- Customers will receive an email with tracking info once the order is shipped.
