1. What materials do you use for 3D printing?

We primarily use PLA, PETG, and TPU filaments.

  • PLA: Easy to print, eco-friendly, great for decorative items.
  • PETG: Durable and slightly flexible, ideal for functional items.
  • TPU: Flexible and soft, perfect for items that need bendability.

If you have a specific material request, please contact us before ordering.

2. Can I customize my 3D printed products?

Yes! Many of our products, including keychains, book trackers, and jerseys, can be personalized with names, numbers, or text. Always double-check your customization details at checkout.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Standard products: 1–5 business days for processing.
  • Custom orders: 3–10 business days depending on complexity.
  • Shipping:
    • Domestic: 3–7 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days

You will receive a tracking number if opted for it once your order has shipped.

4. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we mainly focus on EU. You can always contact us to have a look into your request to make it work.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos.
We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

  • Non-custom products: Can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
  • Custom products: Non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

7. How do I clean or maintain 3D printed items?

  • Use a soft cloth and mild soap for cleaning.
  • Avoid strong chemicals or high heat, which may warp PLA and other filaments.

8. Can I request a completely custom 3D design?

Yes! We offer custom 3D printing services. Send us your idea or STL file, and we can print it for you. Contact us via our Contact Us page for a quote.

9. Are your designs safe to sell or use commercially?

All our 3D designs are either created by us or properly licensed. Please do not copy or resell designs without permission.
