At AMSTERDAM3D, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
1. Standard Products
- Non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive the return.
2. Custom Products
- Personalized and custom 3D printed products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the product.
- We will offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the issue.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at info@amsterdam3D.eu with your order number and reason for return.
- Follow the instructions to return the item (if applicable).
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
